Responsibilities:
· Ensure the safety of all that are on the trip.
· Hire the other staff that are going on the trip.
· Plan out the trip and all the logistics
· While on the trip, know where the group is going and prevent getting lost.
· Drive the van or camp vehicle while on the five day trip.
Qualifications:
· No college degree is needed, Experience in backpacking and wilderness, leading kids, and being a quality leader.

Wilderness Explorer Coordinator
Responsibilities:
· Set a positive example of proper wilderness etiquette for all participants.
· Explore, observe and learn about the natural history and wildlife.
· Conduct walking/hiking tours while keeping all participants accountable.
· Requires public speaking ability and an enthusiastic/theatrical presentation style.
· Must be conscious of and provide for the safety and comfort of guests at all times.
Qualifications:
· Accreted certification for Wilderness Exploring.
· 4 years of experience without a certification
· Must be drug free (pre-employment screening and enrollment in random drug testing program is Coast Guard required).
· Must be able to work varied shift hours, including weekends and holidays. Days off will be scheduled but must be willing to be flexible in meeting tour demand

Ropes Course Coordinator
Responsibilities:
· Inspects and maintains the high and low ropes course per the industry standard.
· Hires and supervises the ropes course facilitators.
· Responsible for scheduling ropes programs.
· Manages course reservations to avoid schedule conflicts.
· Responsible for maintenance, retiring, and purchasing of equipment.
Qualifications:
· Education Minimum: High School diploma.
· Experience Needed: Previous work on ropes courses and certifications required to facilitate the specific course.
Salary: Starts at $24,000 a year.
Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
· Ensures facilities are in proper working and condition.
· Supervises and schedules all maintenance employees
· Sees that all repair requests are looked into and completed as appropriate.
· Supervises lawn mowing and other greenery removal.
· Orders repair equipment and oversees operations of the garage.
Qualifications:
· Education Minimum- High School.
· Experience Needed- Ability to make repairs and experience with the necessary equipment. Must have worked on maintenance crews previously.

Head Chef
Responsibilities:
· Involve overseeing the operations of a kitchen.
· Determines which equipment and ingredients are necessary to keep in the inventory
· Decides the menu, the specials, the frequency with which the menu changes, the sizes of portions and the garnishes that are used
· Establishing good relationships with suppliers ensures that the camping facility will receive better discounts and contract terms.

Responsibilities:
· Ensure safety of not only children in their tents but also the campers that are around them that have been put into their care.
· Responsible for the campers to be on time to their events.
· To report anything that is deemed negative and beyond normal acceptable behavior.
· Help the campers to become more responsible.
Qualifications:
· -CPR/First-Aid Certified
· Wilderness first responder certified
· Minimum of high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age.
